Julie will share her expertise by describing and summarizing the evolution of compensatory education prior to and during the pandemic, highlighting current court cases and lessons learned, and providing a national perspective on special education recovery efforts as it relates to CT’s current framework.

Julie is a member of the State Bars of Alabama and Georgia and for thirty-five years has provided legal representation and consultation to school agencies across the country in the area of educating students with disabilities.
