Building the Capacity of Schools

The Connecticut Family School Partnerships works to build the capacity of schools through professional development to selected partner and alliance distrcits. CFSP promotes shared leadership between schools and families. Examples include, but not limited to, welcoming walkthroughs, parent teacher home visits, equity and social justice training.

In addition, the CFSP assists selected partner districts on increasing student success through working on the National Network of Partnership School (NNPS) model.
