Come and join us for our support groups held every third Thursday of the month. This is a great opportunity for parents/caregivers of children with disabilities to express their feelings and challenges in raising a child with disabilities. These sessions are held at AFCAMP 49 Woodland St Hartford CT 06105. Light dinner and Spanish interpretation will be available.
