Back Together This Fall
New state test results show that students learn best in person with their educators and friends. Students who learned in hybrid or remote models last year did not achieve as much compared to students who learned in person. Being in person also ensures that students have access to all that schools provide – like healthy meals and extracurricular activities.

The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), together with Connecticut Children’s and other healthcare providers, is hosting a virtual meeting to answer your questions about what to expect and how to prepare for a safe and successful return to school.
Join pediatricians, school medical experts, and other healthcare providers to get answers to your questions about mask wearing, vaccinations, social distancing, hygiene, health assessments (physicals), social-emotional supports, and any other health-related concerns.
